How to Prepare for Open 17.1

Hi guys! we are excited to kick off the open season with a great first workout. Nothing too complex, just straight GO! Here is the video of Sam Briggs v Kristen Holte. We wanted to create this post to be able to help you do the best you can do.We've included a great video we found to help you get ready and mobilize before performing the workout yourself...Something to do before you start warming up. This will help you be nice and limber to be able to move through the reps as smooth as possible. Sometimes you can improve your score just be being more loose and limber. Any-who, good luck to all you competing this year!
