How to warm up for Weightlifting / CrossFit

Your warm-up will either hold you back, or allow you to fully unleash your potential for that day. Most people, especially in the CrossFit arena, don't do a proper warm-up. A proper warm-up should: 1. elevate your heart rate and core temperature 2. begin using the movements in the workout at a lighter and less intense pace
