Want to know a healthy habit you should form?
Every day ask yourself: "Why am I doing what I'm doing?" - If your answer is clear; keep moving in that direction. If you hesitate, if it seems foggy, then it's a good time to meditate on finding a new "why".
My why? It's pretty simple really, I want to help as many people as I can improve their mentality so that it won't be their MINDSET, their thoughts as the reason why they don't reach their goals. Mindset is the foundation of everything else in life. There are thousands of things that you cannot control in your life, but MINDSET is on that you can. Focus on the things you can control and everything else will fall into place. A positive mindset will result in a positive life.
Me spreading a positive message will allow me to remain in a positive mindset, as it is difficult to spread a positive message while you are in a bad mood. So me spreading positivity will help me remain positive.
