To start out a long conditioning session, Michael does

5-4-3-2-1 legless rope climbs with 25-20-15-10-5 calories assault bike.

5 Minutes Rest.

10 Rounds: 5 man makers + 10 GHD Sit-ups. 5 Minutes Rest.

Then 10 Rounds: 3 power snatch (155) + 60m Prowler (last 5 rounds with clean and jerks)
