12 week Intermediate/advanced gymnastics program
Intermediate/Advanced gymnastics program. This program includes a lot of Gymnastics STRENGTH WORK, before getting into efficiency and endurance. If you have muscle ups (at least 1) and HSPU's (at least 1) then this program is for you.
After the 12 weeks your pressing and pulling power on the gymnastics movements will be much stronger. This is a program you can revisit over and over again and get stronger each time.
