Designed to reset and get us back on track in for Summer of 2023. This program is a 6-Week program designed to kickstart your fitness in 2023. This will have you lean out and build LEAN body mass while shaving off those extra pounds. 

Training exercises:


Bench press


plenty of accessory work: pull-ups, dumbbell press, barbell press, core work daily, and light cardio to help burn some of the excess calories. 

You will not get bored with this program!

This included 45 training sessions each week, which can always be modified (don’t hesitate to ask).
