2nd version of our most popular bodybuilding program! 60 days of bodybuilding, lean muscle building type of workouts. Due to popular demand, we've condensed the program to 60 days, which is plenty of time to sculpt your body and become in the best shape of your life. There will be 5 training days a week. Bench press, squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc, and plenty of core work... and add on the accessory work will keep you busy for 1.5 hours every training session.
