This is a 12 week program designed to help you get strong in the 3 major lifts. % training days week and accessory programming to help you becoming strong!
This program is great for:
1. those looking to build RAW strength in the power lifts
2. those who are looking to supplement and/or change their workout routine
3. all levels: beginners, intermediate, advanced athletes
