CrossFit Program Open 2018

Follow the same training our athletes do every day, 5 days a week (rest Thurs/Sun). This is made for someone who wants to follow a complete program, containing strength, conditioning (metcon), intervals,  and of course the part that many miss out on... accessory and/or skill work. After signing up you will receive a welcome email and the programming for the current day, as well as the upcoming day. **Designed for the athlete wanting to compete. 

Start building now in the off season so that next season you are ready to go.
